Choctaw Tribal member sentenced to 11 years for voluntary manslaughter

Jackson – Keyshawn Willis, 23, of Conehatta, was sentenced today by Chief United States District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III to 132 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for voluntary manslaughter, announced U.S.
