Decatur’s McKinley Gregory, 2025 Newton County Miss Hospitality, recently competed in the 76th Annual Mississippi Miss Hospitality Competition held in Hattiesburg. The competition, held July 18 and 19, saw Gregory compete against 46 other young ladies for the title of 2025 Mississippi Miss Hospitality, with Taylor Garretson of Greene County ultimately winning the crown.
Gregory said it was an honor representing Newton County in a week filled with unforgettable memories, meaningful community service projects, and the sharing of what makes their hometowns special during the interview and stage presentations.
“One of the greatest joys of this experience was promoting Newton County. I am incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love and support from my family, friends, local directors, and the entire community. Your encouragement meant the world to me,” Gregory said. “I will always be proud to share what makes our corner of Mississippi so special. I look forward to serving my community for the remainder of my time as Newton County’s Miss Hospitality 2025.”
