The Newton County Board of Supervisors is selling the property known as the Reman Building located at 110 E. 9th Street, Decatur, MS 39327. Tax Parcel ID# 077K-19-01-002.00. The property is 7.17 acres +/- at S19, T7N, R12E. The building and land are being sold as is.
Interested bidders may schedule a walk through by calling the County Administrator’s office at 601-635-3444. Written, sealed bids should be marked accordingly and may be submitted to the Chancery Clerk in the courthouse at 92 W. Broad Street, P.O. Box 68, Decatur, Mississippi 39327, until 10:00 A.M. on Monday, July 1, 2024, with bids to be opened shorly thereafter. The board has the right to reject any and all bids.
