ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Decatur, Mississippi will be accepting proposals for the collection of Garbage within the city limits of Decatur, Mississippi until 3:30 p.m. CST, Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Decatur Town Hall, 66 Seventh Street, PO Box 307, Decatur, Mississippi 39327.
It is intended that the Contract to be awarded will be for a period of 3 years commencing on October 1, 2026, with an option to extend that period up to three (3) one-year terms.
Specifications are available at the Decatur Town Hall, 66 Seventh Street, PO Box 307, Decatur, Mississippi 39327. Specifications may be requested in person, by phone at (601)635-2761 or by email at: townclerk@townofdecaturms.gov. All proposals must comply with the specifications provided.
Proposals submitted shall be labeled as follows: Garbage Collection #033126. The Town of Decatur, Mississippi, reserves the right to amend the specifications as necessary and will notify all parties having requested proposal specifications. The Town of Decatur further waives any informality in any/all bids as may appear to be in the best interest of the Town or to reject any/all proposals.
