Thanks to all the people in the community who purchased Squealers BBQ plates for our annual Fundraising Event. There were a little over 600 plates purchased during the event, besides business and individual donations and over 300 plates delivered to business in Newton, Decatur & Meridian, besides individuals deliveries.
American Legion is a non-profit organization. We help the Veterans Homes located in Kosciusko and Collins. If you have a local Veteran in one of these homes please contact us. At around October this year, we will be supporting the Kosciusko Veterans Home. We will be purchasing non-skid socks for the Veterans, a most needed item, and make a little donation for specific needs.
We can't do these Fundraising Event without the help of the community. Thanks again for your support.
