The Sebastopol boys won two out of three games this past week and picked up a pair of district contest.
The Bobcats beat French Camp 55-40 and Ethel 52-49 before falling 72-41 to Class 4A Newton County.
The Lady Bobcats lost two of three as they beat French Camp 49-17 but fell 46-45 to Ethel and 54-32 to Sebastopol.
Sebastopol will return to play this week as they travel to Leake County on Tuesday and to McAdams on Friday.
Sebastopol girls 49, French Camp 17
The Lady Bobcats pulled away in the middle two periods and took a 32-point win over the Lady Panthers on Tuesday.
Takayla Williams led a balanced scoring attack with 12 points while Cyrish Magculang had nine points. Lamissy Hicks had eight points while Georgi Gunn had seven points and Aniyha Lay chipped in six points.
Sebastopol boys 55, French Camp 40
The Bobcats outscored the Panthers in each of the first three periods and took a 15-point win last week.
Sebastopol held a slim 11-8 lead in the first period and then outscored French Camp 16-6 in the second and led 27-14 at the half. Sebastopol then extended that lead in the third period and outscored French Camp 18-12 in the third and led 45-26 going to the fourth. French Camp took the fourth period 14-10 to take the win.
Kari Michaels led Sebastopol with 18 points while Luke McGarrity had 13 points. Kenyon White and Jaylin Hughes each had eight points apiece while Hayden Moorehead had six points.
Ethel girls 46, Sebastopol 45
The Lady Bobcats fell behind early and dropped a one-point decision to the Lady Tigers on Friday.
Ethel led 14-6 at the end of the first period while the Lady Bobcats took the second period 10-7 and trailed 21-16 at the half. Ethel extended the lead and outscored Sebastopol 14-12 and led 34-28 going to the fourth. Sebastopol outscored Ethel 17-12 in the fourth but fell by one.
Takayla Williams led Sebastopol with 16 points while Lamissy Hicks had 10 points. Cyrish Magculang had eight points while Georgi Gunn added seven points.
Sebastopol boys 52, Ethel 49
The Bobcats used a big second period and held on to take a three-point win over the Tigers.
Ethel held a 16-15 lead at the end of the first period before Sebastopol outscored the Tigers 17-9 in the second period to lead 32-25 at the half. Ethel took the third period 8-4 to cut the lead to 36-33 and each team scored 16 points in the fourth for the final margin.
Kari Michaels had a big game and led Sebastopol with 20 points while Luke McGarrity had 11 points. Jaylin Hughes had nine points while Hayden Moorehead had six points.
