Contract workers install new traffic lights in downtown Decatur at the intersection of Hwy. 15 and Broad Street. This traffic light is replacing the old one, which was suspended by wires above the intersection. The new traffic light is farther off the ground and cleans up the look of the intersection by removing the suspended wiring.
