The National Weather Service has rated Sunday night’s tornado near Union as an EF-1 on the enhanced Fujita scale.
The tornado was on the ground for five minutes from 5:12 to 5:17 p.m. Sunday. The damage path was 125 yards wide with a length of 3.32 miles.
The estimated winds were 100 mph. No injuries were reported in the storm.
