CHOCTAW, Miss. – (May 19, 2025) – Choctaw Central High School seniors Brylee Willis and Raiyleigh Perry have been named as the 2025 Class Valedictorian and Salutatorian, respectively.
Willis, of the Standing Pine community, is the daughter of Natisha Isaac and the granddaughter of Carl Isaac and Glenda Bell. Her honors and awards include October 2024 Rotary Student of the Month, All-Year Honor Roll, East Central Resident’s Award, and the East Central Career-Technical Outstanding Senior Scholarship Award. She is a member of the BETA Club, National Technical Honor Society, HOSA – Future Health Professionals, and the ACT 25+ Club. Brylee was crowned the 2024 CCHS Homecoming Queen. She plans to attend the University of Oklahoma to study Criminology. She encourages the up-and-coming senior class to “never doubt yourself.”
Perry, of the Tucker community, is the daughter of Christopher and Renita Perry and the granddaughter of Ruth and Henry Perry and the late Gregory McMillan. Her honors and awards include September 2024 Rotary Student of the Month, All-Year Honor Roll and Senior Class Vice President. She serves as BETA Club President, HOSA Vice President, and is a member of the National Technical Honor Society and the ACT 20+ Club. An active and hardworking athlete, Raiyleigh is a member of the soccer, basketball, cheer, track, and cross-country teams. Raiyleigh plans to focus her studies on pre-med and attend East Central Community College to continue her academic and basketball and soccer career. To next year’s seniors, Raiyleigh advises them to “enjoy your time and don’t put too much pressure on yourself.”
Rounding out the Top Ten are Kethan Anderson, Karli Bell, Damian Billie, Gillion Eaves, Kaegen Henry, Mauhree Jones, Alexaviar Thompson, and Cruz Wilson. The Class of 2025 will receive their diplomas during the CCHS Graduation Ceremony, to be held on Tuesday evening, May 20th at the Silver Star Convention Center.
