14th Anniversary of Psalmist Billy Johnson & God’s Creation
Psalmist Billy Johnson and God’s Creation will be celebrating their 14th Year Anniversary on Saturday, Sept. 28, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at The Azalea, located at 104 South Main Street in Newton. Attire: This is a dress down event, very casual. The Mistress of Ceremony will be Prophetess Tara Monique of Newton. Praise and worship will be by Rock Praise Team from Meridian. Special Groups that will attend are Psalmist Sharee Fox of Smith Ministry from Brandon, Deion Towner of Mime Ministry, Agape Christian Fellowship of Jackson, Minister Lakendrick Wells & The Levite’s from Pearl, New Dimension from Laurel, Renewed from Decatur, and The Appointed Angels from Newton. Church Dedication Service at Pine Bluff Baptist Church
Pine Bluff Baptist Church in Newton will have a dedication service for their new church building on Sunday, Sept. 29, at 2 p.m.
Family and Friends Day at Bethlehem M.B. Church

Fall Celebration at Reid Chapel
Reid Chapel will host a Fall Celebration on Sunday, Sept. 29. The Allen Family, from Branson, MO, will be special guests singing at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. The church will enjoy a meal in the Fellowship Hall at 1 p.m. This is a celebration of completing the building program and all activities will take place in the Fellowship Hall. Pastor DeWayne Dickerson invites everyone to attend. Reid Chapel is 10 miles west of Union on Highway 492.
Senior Adult Rally at Chunky Baptist Church
Chunky area Senior Adults 60+ are invited to the Senior Adult Rally at Chunky Baptist Church on Oct. 1 at 6:30 p.m. A meal will be provided. Entertainment and Inspiration by Cornerstone. A love offering will be taken. RSVP by calling 601-655-9523.

Women’s Missionary Society of Mt. Zion CMC Yard Sale
The Women’s Missionary Society of Mt. Zion Congregational Methodist Church will be participating in the Hwy. 15 Yard Sale on Friday, Oct. 4, and Saturday, Oct. 5, beginning at 8 a.m. each day. The sale will be held in the Family Life Building , located at the church on Hwy. 15, 5 miles south of Union. There will be a variety of items to be sold on both days, and hamburgers, snacks, and drinks will be sold on Friday. Come shop with us! All proceeds go to missions.
