Mt. Zion Congregational Methodist Church WMS to host Auction
The WMS of Mt. Zion Congregational Methodist Church will be hosting their annual Auction for Missions on Saturday, Nov. 4. Concession-style food will be sold from 5-6 p.m., and the Auction will begin at 6 p.m. There will be a variety of homemade crafts, as well as baked goods, to be auctioned. Everyone is welcome! We are located on Highway 15 south of Union.
Fall Festival at First Baptist Church in Union
You’re invited to the Fall Festival at First Baptist Church Union on Sunday, Nov. 5, from 5-7 p.m for Family, Fellowship, Food, and Fun. There will be a Chili Cook-Off, Cake Walk, Booth Games, and Inflatables for Kids.

Morning Manna Prayer Line Sponsors Community Thanksgiving Dinner
Morning Manna Prayer Line will be sponsoring a Thanksgiving Community Dinner on the day of Thanksgiving, Nov. 23, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Epic Church, located at 105 School St. Ex. behind the library in Newton. It’s for the whole community of Newton and surrounding areas. We want to invite the community, the ones that may not family, those that may not have a Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner,etc. Any and everyone is invited to help with the preparations and the partaking of the Community event. We Are Our Brothers Keeper.
