Secret Garden Art Studio Children and Youth Art Exhibit
Children and youth artists at the Secret Garden Art Studio will be exhibiting their favorite accomplishments at the public Library in Newton from May 15 through May 26. The reception to honor the artists will be from 4 to 5 on Thursday May 18.

2023 UHS Powerlifting State Championship Fundraiser
The Union High School Powerlifting Team will be selling BBQ Pulled Pork selling dinner plates as a fundraiser at Piggly Wiggly/Opry House Union on Thursday, June 1. From 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m., they will be selling BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Baked Beans, and Potato Salad Plates for $8. From 4-6:30 p.m., they will be selling Smoked Chicken Leg Quarter, Baked Beans, and Potato Salad Plates for $8. Donations will also be accepted. Proceeds will go towards paying for State Championship rings.
Highway 15 Yard Sale
The Highway 15 Yard Sale will take place June 1-4.
