The Good Samaritan’s Church of God will have a Fish Fry on Saturday, Aug. 31, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. We are located at 106 Bolden Street in Union.
Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church Homecoming and Revival
The Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church pastor and church family cordially invite all to our Annual Homecoming and Revival Services beginning on Sunday, September 1, at 11:15 a.m.
Revival services will begin on Monday-Wednesday (Sept. 2-4) at 7 p.m. nightly. Pastor Jermaine Jones of Mt. Zion M.B. Church of Conehatta will be the guest evangelist.
Triumph Church Revival
The Triumph Church Revival will begin Sunday, September 1 at 1:30 p.m., with Elder Christopher Carter from Triumph Church of Vossburg. Services will continue Tuesday-Thursday at 7 p.m. Revivalist will be Rev. Bill Flowers.
Macedonia Church of God in Christ Revival
Everyone is invited to Revival at Macedonia Church of God in Christ September 3-5, beginning at 7:30 nightly. The revivalist will be Evangelist Missionary Trudy Anderson from Ideal Church of God in Christ in Jackson. Macedonia is located at 600 MLK Drive in Newton.

Offers Adoption and Foster Class
Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon is offering an adoption and foster care class on the first and third Wednesday’s of each month beginning at 6 p.m. in room 218. This class is to help prepare families who are anywhere in the process from just beginning to thinking about the process of adoption and foster care, all the way to families who have completed their adoptions and are currently fostering.
