On June 1, an unidentified woman made a report to the Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO) after an unexpected experience, resulting in the arrest of Dalton J. McKee of Newton.
According to an NCSO representative, McKee was arrested after a woman driving in Neshoba County reported she had been pulled over by someone possibly pretending to be a law enforcement officer.
The unidentified complainant stated that a Chevrolet truck had been following her, then proceeded to turn on flashing red and blue lights and tell her she had committed traffic violations.
The white male was identified after the complainant captured photos of the truck and license plate.
Officers were able to identify McKee and take him into custody.
McKee was released on a $1,000 bond on June 2.
