A 10-month investigation led by the Newton County Sheriff's Department and the Special Response Team (SRT) culminated in a series of arrests for drug-related offenses. Authorities executed a search warrant at a residence located at 104 East First Street Extension in Newton, Mississippi, resulting in the recovery of suspected methamphetamine and a firearm.
The investigation also involved a coordinated roundup of individuals implicated in the sale of illegal narcotics throughout Newton County. As part of the operation, the following suspects were taken into custody on charges related to the sale of controlled substances:

Christopher Hillie
Dustin Savell
Tyneshia Body
Gerome Bailey
Derek Wash
Timmerson Holloway
Tyrone Crafton
Richard Buckley
Samuel Goss
In addition, authorities are still seeking four individuals wanted in connection with the investigation: James "Chip" Sciple, Jeffery Evans, Derrick Grass, and Deborah Pyror.
