Prior to taking his oath as mayor of Union, Robert Blount greeted citizens at the front door of the Union Community Center as they arrived for the July 1 ceremony. A self-confessed “people person”, Blount’s gesture demonstrates the passion he has for his community as he marches forward on plans to positively impact his city’s future.
