INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL
The Mississippi Regional Housing Authority V (MRHA V) is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for Audit Services until 4:00 p.m. CST on January 15th. Proposals must be received at the office of the Housing Authority 298 Northside Drive, Newton, MS 39345.
RFP specifications and instructions for these services may be obtained Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. CST by contacting Denise Bonner @ (601) 683 3371 ext. 150, or via email: dbonner@mrhav.org. The audited period(s) will be for the twelve month periods ending June 30, 2025, 2026 and 2027 (3 year contract) with an option to extend the contract for one (1) or more additional years as allowed by HUD.
Interested vendors must respond with information one (1) original hard copy and an electronic copy (storage device or by email) addressing the items contained in the RFP. MRHA V shall have up to thirty (30) calendar days following the submission date to make the award. No proposal may be withdrawn during the evaluation period. The contents of the proposals received will be held in confidence and not released in any manner until after selection or contract award; however, the applicable provisions of Federal, State and local laws shall govern the confidentiality of proposals despite anything contrary to this provision stated in the proposal.
