Three Newton County teams are playing in the MHSAA State Final Four in Jackson this week, after each team won three games last week to advance in the state tournament. Three Newton County teams are playing in the MHSAA State Final Four in Jackson this week, after each team won three games last week to advance in the state tournament. Kezarrian Wash shoots a 3-pointer for the Tigers in a win over Heidelberg. He had the game-winning basket in an overtime win over St. Patrick Saturday night to score the win.
