Your local credit union has officially changed it’s name to Community Partners Federal Credit Union.
Once known as East Central MS Credit Union and ESCO Credit Union, we have been serving this area for more than 40 years.
Our new name emphasizes community: we want to be your financial partner in our community.
We are open for membership to those who live, work or worship in Newton, Scott and Leake counties.
Credit Unions are different – we are not for profit. We accept deposits, make loans and provide a wide array of other financial services. But more importantly, we are member owned. Cooperative institutions like credit unions provide a safe place to save and borrow at reasonable rates. At our credit union, you are more than a member, you are part owner. And profits made by the credit union are returned back to members in the form of reduced fees and lower loan rates (unlike the practices of other financial institutions who must pay profits to their stockholders).
