The Union softball team won four out of five games last week.
Union swept two games from J.Z. George, winning 17-0 and 15-0 and then took two from Philadelphia, winning 15-2 and 15-3. Union then lost Enterprise 12-2 to end the week.
The Lady Yellowjackets will take on Sebastopol in a key division series this week. Game 1 was scheduled for Tuesday at Union while game 2 was set for Thursday at Sebastopol. Union will finish up the week on Friday by hosting Southeast Lauderdale.

Hitting: Union had nine hits, and took advantage of five walks, five errors and five hit batters. Lauryn Roebuck was 2-for-3 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBIs while Tiara Campbell was 2-for-2 with a double and three runs scored. Abigail Cleveland also tripled and scored three runs while Alanee Wheeler also doubled.
Pitching: Cleveland started in the circle and pitched three innings, giving up just three hits while striking out six.

Hitting: Union only had two hits but drew 13 walks and four hit batters. Aspen Lovern and Maggie Davis also singled for Union.

Pitching: Alanee Wheeler pitched all four innings and gave up three runs on four hits and two walks while striking out 10.
