The Kappa Alpha Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) on the Goodman Campus of Holmes Community College held their induction ceremony on March 22 in McDaniel Hall Auditorium. The organization induced 30 members followed by a reception sponsored by Mississippi College Office of Admissions and Scholarships. The Executive Officer Team of the Kappa Alpha Chapter of PTK on the Goodman Campus include Amelia Bridges, Samuel Granger, Moleyia Harmon, Elizabeth Dorris, Lacey Greenlee and Chase Langford.
The processional of officers, member, advisors, faculty and special guest started the ceremony accompanied by Mr. Terry Miller who played the organizations song on the trumpet. The Holmes Community College Academic Coordinator on the Goodman Campus, Wendy Grace, welcomed everyone to the ceremony. Invocation was giving by Will Alexander, an advisor to the Kappa Alpha Chapter, along with Simonee Miller and Charles Wood. The induction of New Members was done by Andy Wood, Director of the Goodman Campus.
The Newton County inductees include Mckenlee McDaniel.
