Mrs. Geneva D. Hurley, age 89, passed away peacefully on Jan. 16, 2021, at her home surrounded by her family.
Graveside services for Mrs. Geneva D. Hurley will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Rev. Lin Chesney will officiate.
Mrs. Hurley was a member of the Rock Creek Baptist Church, where she was still the pianist and organist. She was an avid reader. She also enjoyed quilting and placing in competitions at the Neshoba County Fair in her younger years.
Mrs. Hurley is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph S. Hurley.
She is survived by her two daughters, Ruth Gregory (Mike) of Little Rock and Annette Larmeu (Louis) of New Orleans; one son, Ralph Hurley (Wanda) of Union; six grandchildren, Troy Gregory, Danielle Alexander (Deven), Garrett Moore, Sam Moore (Summer), Michael Hurley and Lana Larmeu; one sister, Lourena Peacock of Mobile.
Pallbearers were Garrett Moore, Sam Moore, Troy Gregory, Deven Alexander, Michael Hurley and Jacob Cannatella.
