NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rain and storms will spread from the Dakotas to parts of
Indiana, while another extension spreads southward to
Louisiana tomorrow. These storms can turn severe especially
across Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa, and are expected to
bring the risk for damaging winds and hail to the region.
The Intermountain West is expected to dry significantly,
with only a spotty thundershower expected across Idaho,
Montana and Wyoming. Much of the East Coast, including from
the Northeast to Southeast will be rain-free, but hot, with
temperatures reaching record highs in some spots. The
Southwest and much of Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma, are
also expected to be rain-free with heat continuing to grip
onto the South Central region.
