_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
A quick burst of snow will move through the northern Plains
and Midwest tomorrow. Meanwhile, an atmospheric river will
continue to bring rain and snow to the West Coast states.
Heavy rain can lead to flooding in California and southern
Oregon, especially in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Snow will extend from the Sierra Nevada north through the
Oregon and Washington Cascades. In portions of western
Washington and Oregon, snow can mix in with rain, even
outside of the mountains. Snow and rain can stretch through
the northern Rockies. Except for a few morning
thundershowers in Florida, the rest of the nation is
expected to be dry. Temperatures will be 10-15 degrees above
