NCA Baseball awards were presented to: Front Row, l-r, Jackson Bunyard-.300 Club and Marshall Wright-.300 Club. Back Row, l-r, Tyler Thrash-.400 Club, Logan Heidelberg-.400 Club, Taylor Burt-.300 Club, and Steven Duke-.300 Club.

NCA Varsity Girls Basketball: Macie Woodham, Best Offensive Player and All District, Ayden McDill, Rebounding and All District, Addie Bergeron, Best Defensive Player, All District, and District 3A Defensive Player of the Year (standing) Addison Mathis, Heart of a Champion, Piper Collins, Most Improved, Sydnee Cosgrove, Coaches Award, and Adriane Luke, Hustle Award.

The following NCA athletes will compete at the next level: Ayden McDill, ECCC Cheer, Jackson Bunyard, EMCC Football, and Addie Bergeron, EMCC Cheer.

Macie Woodham and Addie Bergeron represented NCA in the MAIS All Star game.

Ayden McDill and Jackson Bunyard received the Academic Athletic Award.

Addie Bergeron represented NCA in the MAIS All Star Basketball Game.

Newton County Academy recently held their Athletic Awards Banquet, where numerous student-athletes were awarded for their accomplishments in the 2023-2024 school year.
