TO: THE HEIRS OF CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN MULFORD, DECEASED, AND ALL PERSONS OR ENTITIES CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN MULFORD, DECEASED
You have been made a Respondent in the Petition filed in this Court by Steve Mulford, Petitioner, seeking to determine the heirship of the Estate of Christopher Stephen Mulford, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 18th day of February, 2022, in the Courtroom of the Newton County Chancery Building located in Decatur, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
You are not required to file answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
