TO: The unknown Wrongful Death Beneficiaries under the provisions of Section 11-7-13 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, as Annotated and Amended, of CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN MULFORD, Deceased, and any other person or party claiming to be a wrongful death beneficiary of CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN MULFORD, Deceased.
You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Steve Mulford, Petitioner, seeking a determination of the Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of CHRISTOPHER STEPHEN MULFORD, Deceased. Respondents other than you in this action are none.
You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Petition to Determine Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Christopher Stephen Mulford, Deceased to J.P. Hughes, Jr., attorney the Estate of Christopher Stephen Mulford whose post office address is 1300 Access Road, Suite, 100, Oxford, MS 38655, and whose street address is 1300 Access Road, Suite, 100, Oxford, MS 38655 or to the Newton County Chancery Clerk. Your response must be mailed or delivered within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons. If your response is not mailed or delivered, a judgment by default will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
