NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE is given to the City of Union that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, May 2, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. at the Union Community Center located at 110 Park Street, Union, MS on the issue of Medical Marijuana and whether the City of Union should opt out or allow the cultivating, processing and/or sale/distribution of Medical Marijuana within the corporate limits of the City of Union, Mississippi. All interested citizens in the City of Union will have the opportunity to give written or oral comments on the issues.
