Commence at the SW corner of NE ¼ of NW ¼, Section 18, Township 7 North, Range 12 East, and run East 590 feet to the West right of way line of State Highway No. 15; thence run North 18 degrees 16’ West 376 feet along the West right of way of said Highway No. 15 to fence line for the point of beginning; thence continue North 18 degrees 16’ West 101.5 feet along the West right of way of said Highway No. 15, to fence line; thence run South 85 degrees 44’ West 243.5 feet along said fence; thence run South 23 degrees 28’ East 45.76 feet; thence run South 24 degrees 44’ East 41.57 feet along fence to fence corner; thence run North 89 degrees 39’ East 239 feet along fence to point of beginning. Containing 0.50 acre, more or less, and being in the NE ¼ of NW ¼, Section 18, Township 7 North, Range 12 East, lying and being West of State Highway No. 15, Newton County, Mississippi.
A complaint has been filed against you to initiate a civil action to confirm tax title in said land and to establish Plaintiff’s claim to said property and to cancel all claims and clouds against title in favor of Plaintiff. You are required to mail or hand deliver a copy of a written answer, either admitting or denying each allegation in the Complaint, to Brian D.
