The City of Newton intends to {engage a qualified engineering consulting firm} to provide professional services, as required, in connection to the City of Newton’s Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) program, which is part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), as well as other government agency-related fund sources. In general, the services offered by this agreement is for work related to improving the city’s water and sewer systems, including, but not limited to, assistance in SLFRF/ARPA funding requirements; environmental permitting; planning; design; cost estimating; bidding; contracting; project and construction management and oversight (including inspection); quality control; and project closeout. Deadline for RFP’s: July 27th, 2022 at 4:00 PM.
