TO: Any and all person or persons or legal entities having or claiming any interest, legal or equitable, in and to the following described real property:
Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 4, T7N, R11E, thence run West 200 feet, more or less to a found iron pin on the South line of Section 5 and the East Right of Way of Crossroads Road; thence run due North, 1728.22 feet; thence run due East 937.00 feet to a point on the West Right of Way of said Crossroads Road for the point of beginning; thence run North 60 degrees 36 minutes West 466.70 feet the West Right of Way of said Crossroads Road; thence run South 29 degrees 24 minutes East 466.70 feet along said Right of Way to the point of beginning, said tract containing 5.00 acres and located in the NW ¼ of SW ¼ of Section 4, Township 7 North, Range 11 East, Newton County, Mississippi.
A complaint has been filed against you to initiate a civil action to cancel deeds of trust of record and to quiet and confirm title in said land and to establish Plaintiff’s claim to said property and to cancel all claims and clouds against title in favor of Plaintiff. You are required to mail or hand deliver a copy of a written answer, either admitting or denying each allegation in the Complaint, to Brian D. Mayo, Mayo Law Firm, PLLC, Plaintiff’s attorneys, whose address is P. O. Box 218, Newton, Mississippi 39345.
