You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Kris Simmons and Lee Ann Simmons, Plaintiffs, seeking confirmation and quieting of title, and for other relief. The real property which is the subject of this Complaint is described as follows:

Defendants other than you in this action are Newton County, Mississippi, Lynn Fitch in her capacity as Attorney General for the State of Mississippi, and Steven S. Kilgore, in his capacity as District Attorney for Newton County, Mississippi.
