Letters Testamentary having been granted to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Newton County, Mississippi, in the Matter of Marjorie M. McWhirter, deceased, on the 25th day of August 2022, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to have their claims probated and registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Newton County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice, and that failure to probate and register their claims with the Clerk within that time will forever bar the claim.
