REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
LEGAL SERVICES PROVIDER
The Mississippi Regional Housing Authority V, 298 Northside Drive, Newton, Mississippi 39345 is soliciting proposals from qualified firms/individuals to provide Legal Services for matters that arise concerning the operation of the Housing Authority.
Information for this solicitation may be obtained in person at the Authority’s Administrative Office at the above address or by contacting Richard Taylor via email (richard@jwtconsultinginc.com) or phone (662-664-4619). Written sealed responses to this solicitation must be submitted to the administrative office of the Housing Authority at the above address before 4:00 p.m. CST on April 17, 2023.
Selection will comply with Handbook No. 7460.8 REV 2 (7.2) Competitive Proposal Process. The contents of the proposals received will be held in confidence and not released in any manner until after selection or contract award per (7460.8 (7.2)(J); However, the applicable provisions of Federal, State and local laws shall govern the confidentiality of proposals despite anything contrary to this provision stated in the proposal.
The Mississippi Regional Housing Authority V reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the above date, without the consent of the Housing Authority.
