You have been made a Respondent in the matter filed in this Court by Petitioner, Travis McKee, seeking an adjudication that Travis McKee, is the sole and only heir-at-law of Tony Ray McKee, Deceased. There are no other Respondents in this action.
You are summoned to appear before the Newton County Chancery Court at 9:00 a.m. on the 9th day of June, 2023, in the Newton County Chancery Court in Decatur, Mississippi, to show cause why Travis McKee should not be declared to be the sole heir-at-law of Tony Ray McKee, Deceased, wherein you are made a Respondent and why such other leave as prayed for should not be granted. You are further notified that your failure to appear in court on the day and time herein set forth will result in a judgment against you for the relief prayed for in the petition.
