TO: Unknown Putative Father a non-resident of the State of Mississippi, whose mailing, post office and street addresses is unknown to the Plaintiffs after diligent search and inquiry by the Plaintiffs to ascertain same.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court seeking a Complaint for Termination of Parental Rights and for Adoption. Defendants other than you are Clarissa Diane Gladney.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Complaint at 9:00 a.m. on the 18th day of August, 2023, in the courtroom of the Scott County Courthouse at Forest, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings, but you may do so if you desire.
