NOTICE TO DEFENDANT
You are summoned to appear and defendant against said Complaint or Petition at 10:00 a.m. ON THE 30th DAY OF October, 2020, in the Newton County Chancery Court, at 92 W Broad Street, Decatur, Mississippi 39327, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a Judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
