Letters of Administration having been granted to the undersigned Administrator by the Chancery Court of Newton County, Mississippi, on the Estate of Roderick Henderson Phillips, Deceased, on the 18th day of August, 2020, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against the Estate of said Decedent to have their claims probated and registered by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Newton County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this notice, and that failure to probate and register their claims with the Clerk within that time will forever bar the claim.
