You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Jerry Harris, Administrator, seeking Petition to Determine Heirship of the heirs at law of Clara Mazelle Rowell. Defendant(s) other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear then and there at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 4th day of December, 2020, in the Courtroom of the Scott County Courthouse at 100 E 1st Street, Forest, MS 39074, to show cause, if you can, why the Petition filed in this civil action by Jerry Harris, Administrator of the Estate of Clara Mazelle Rowell, Deceased, for and on behalf of all heirs at law of Clara Mazelle Rowell, and exhibited against you should not be allowed and approved and the relief demanded therein granted.
