OF INVItation TO BID FOR
AN AGRICULTURAL LEASE
ON SIXTEENTH SECTION LANDS
To all persons interested in the following described pastureland rn Neshoba County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Section 16, Township 9 North, Range 11 East
The E ½ of the SE ¼ and the East 5.00 acres of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼, less and except 2.50 acres located in the Southeast comer of the NE ¼ of SE ¼ and less a 5.00 acre residential lease located NE ¼ of SE ¼ of SE ¼, after said exceptions said land advertised for public bid contains 78.00 acres more or less, Neshoba County, Mississippi.
You are hereby notified that sealed bids to lease the Agricultural rights on the above described Sixteenth Section Lands, or lands in lieu thereof, may be filed with the Superintendent of Education of Union Public School District located at Post Office Box 445, Union, Mississippi 39365, on or before l 0:00 a.m. on the 14th day of December 2020. The sealed bids shall be submitted for the ENTIRE PARCEL and must include 100% of the amount bid for that parcel. All bids will be opened at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day of December 2020, or as soon as possible thereafter. The Board of Trustees of Union Public School District reserves the right to reduce the term and reject any bid less than $ 20.00 per acre, but if any bid is accepted, the Board will award said Agricultural Lease to the highest bidder in the manner provided by law.
