You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Adoption filed with the Newton County Chancery Court of H.C.J.S., a minor, born 2016, unto Breanna Stokes, on the 15th day of January 2021, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. in the Chancery Court of Jasper County, Mississippi located in Bay Springs, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
