ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Board of Education of the Newton County School District hereby gives notice that bids will be received from all financial institutions located within Newton County until 10:00 a.m. on April 7, 2021 for the privilege of keeping school funds or any part thereof in said institution or institutions for the years beginning July 1, 2021, and ending June 30, 2024, all pursuant to Section 27-105-305, et. al., Mississippi Code of 1972. Said bids shall designate the kind of security as authorized by law which the financial institution proposes to give as security for said funds and current interest rates on deposits and time deposits offered by the financial institution, as well as all applicable bank fees to be charged to the district.
