FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing before the BUILDING INSPECTOR of the City of Newton, Mississippi will be held on April 22, 2021 at 10:00A.M., at the City Hall in Newton, Mississippi for the purpose of hearing the application of Joel Rendleman, for a Mobile Home on: Special Exception under Ordinance A-79 of said Municipality concerning the placement of a Mobile Home:
Start at the Southeast corner of the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 35, Township 6 North, Range 11 East, City of Newton, Newton County, Mississippi, and run thence North 318.0 feet; thence West 889.6 feet to a point on the South line of a dirt street and the point of beginning; Thence South 02 degrees 15 minutes West 97.5 feet; thence North 76 degrees 30 minutes West 104.0 feet to a point on the East line of Pilate Avenue; South 01 degree 15 minutes West 202.5 feet along the East line of said Pilate Avenue; thence South 75 degrees 47 minutes East 107.0 feet; thence North 07 degrees 45 minutes East 290.7 feet to a point on the South line of a dirt street; thence North 67 degrees 01 minute West 36.3 feet to a point of beginning. The above described property being situated in the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 35, Township 6 North, Range 11 East, City of Newton, Newton County, Mississippi, and containing 0.5 acres, more or less
All interested persons are hereby notified that they may appear in person or by agent or attorney at said hearing to present any all comments, objections, or remonstrance pertaining to the application to be considered thereat, which said application requests the placement of a mobile home: Because at this time the applicants are unable to construct a new home on this property and a mobile home will permit them to have a reasonable living accommodation.
