Job Opening: Branch Manager-Scooba Public Library/Circulation Assistant-Dekalb Public Library
Kemper-Newton Library System is seeking a dependable, service-minded individual to serve as Branch Manager at Scooba Public Library and Circulation Assistant at Dekalb Public Library. Duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service to patrons, assisting with circulation duties (checking materials in/out, shelving, etc.), operating basic computer systems, including library software, managing daily operations at the Scooba branch, planning and assisting with library programs, lifting and carrying materials up to 25 lbs, performing other duties as assigned.Qualifications are Highschool diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, ability to work independently and as part of a team, must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
