Job Opening: Business Manager – Union Public Library
Union Public Library is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to serve as Business Manager. Duties include but are not limited to processing payroll for library staff, managing accounts payable and receivable, including paying bills and preparing deposits, overseeing purchasing of library supplies, materials, and services, maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports, working closely with the Library Director on budget and financial planning, performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications are High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in business, accounting, or finance preferred, experience with bookkeeping or financial management, proficiency with computers and accounting software, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
