REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS #366: ARCHITECTURAL &
ENGINEERING SERVICES

The Union Public School District is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for architectural and engineering design services and management related, but not limited to, the following project(s):
●New Construction
●School Facility Upgrades
and Improvements
●HVAC Installation and Improvement
●Project Management
Mail or hand deliver responses to 417 S. Decatur St., Union, MS 39365 no later than May 26, 2021 at 3:00 pm CST. Packages or envelopes must be clearly labeled with “RFQ #366.”
These federally funded projects must be completed on or before September 30, 2023 if financed by ESSER II funding and September 30, 2024 if financed by ESSER III funding.
Provide answers to the following in three written copies and one electronic copy on a USB flash drive:
1.Firm background and history.
2.Qualifications, including resumes, of team members and any sub-consultants in the area of the projects described above.
3.Examples of experience with relevant and federally funded projects.
4.Certification that your firm or members of your firm have not been disbarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs or activities.
The selected firm will be required to provide proof of insurance, Form W-9 IRS Form, and certify other federal and state requirements upon execution of a contractual agreement.
Following evaluation of the proposals, the Union Public School District may conduct additional interviews and may request additional information from one or more architectural and engineering firms.
The Union Public School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to evaluate the qualifications in the proposal in the manner most beneficial to the district.
