REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
East Central Planning & Development District hereby requests proposals to provide audit services for our agency. The proposal will cover the five fiscal years ending September 30, 2021, through September 30, 2025.
Proposals should identify significant factors such as competence and experience to perform required work, technical experience of the firm, qualifications of the audit team, work plan with realistic time estimates included, and cost of the audit. Character and reputation of the firm will also be considered.
