SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Any and all person or persons or legal entities having or claiming any interest, legal or equitable, in and to the following described real property:
Beginning at a point on the South boundary line of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 11 East, where said South line intersects to the East boundary line of Mississippi Highway No. 15 as the same now runs; and from said point of beginning run thence North along the East boundary line of said Highway No. 15 for a distance of 490 feet; more or less; to West boundary line of a dirt road known as the Liberty Road; thence in a Southeasterly direction along the West line of said Liberty Road for a distance of 530 feet, more or less, to a point where said line intersects the South boundary line of said SW ¼ of SW ¼, Section 11, Township 5 North, Range 11 East; thence West along the boundary line of said SW ¼ of SW ¼ 350 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less. The land herein conveyed constitutes no part of the said Highway No. 15 or the Liberty Road, but is wholly situated between said roads in SW ¼ of SW ¼, Section 11, Township 5, Range 11 East, Newton County, Mississippi.
A compliant has been filed against you to initiate a civil action to establish a boundary line, abate trespass, quiet and confirm title in said land and to establish Plaintiff’s claim to said property and to cancel all claims and clouds against title in favor of Plaintiff. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Brian D. Mayo, Logan & Mayo, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiffs, whose post office address is P. O. Box 218, Newton, MS 39345, and whose street address is 205 E. Church Street, Newton, MS 39345.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 10th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2021, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
