You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Kimberly Huber, seeking a judicial determination of the heirs of Peggy Ann Emmons, deceased intestate.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Determination of Heirship of Peggy Ann Emmons, Deceased, filed against you in this action, on the 11th day of October, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. before Honorable Robert M. Logan, Chancellor, at the Newton County Courthouse in Decatur, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in petition.
