Phillip Walker, Sr. passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at the age of 76. Hew was one of 14 children.
After graduating from high school, he served three years in the military, he returned home, and supported his family: Develin Walker (wife) and children, Craig Walker (now deceased), Phillip Walker, Jr., and Alana Walker.
Throughout his life, he was always willing to help others. Those who knew him best will remember him as being a nice, loving person with a good sense of humor. He also truly enjoyed sports.
He is survived by his son, Phillip Walker, Jr., daughter, Alana Walker, and siblings, Mary Jackson, Ellawease Johnson, Dwight Walker, Ruby Reed, Eugene Walker, Terry Walker, and Carolyn Walker. Phillip Walker’s siblings who have now passed are Walter Lee Walker, Charles Walker, Joseph Walker, Larry Walker, and Dudley Walker, Jr. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
